First Time Shopper Coupon

You will get the coupon code via email when you register.  We encourage you to register, shop around and in the mean time your coupon code has made it's way to your inbox.  If you don't see it in your inbox, kindly take a peak in your bulk mail box to make sure it is not sitting there.  Please use this coupon code on checkout.  If you have any doubts, please send us an email or call us. 

Payments

We accept Mastercard and Visa and you can pay using Paypal.  If you want to pay for an item via check, please contact us and we will work with you.  Payments made on our website are secured, we use a SSL Page for our payment gateway.  The SSL is from GoDaddy.

Shipping

We ship via USPS first class or priority mail.  They provide the best and most economical shipping solution.   The orders are usually shipped the very next day.  You should expect to get your parcel within 3-7 days, where 7 day is an exception.   If you want the parcel in a hurry, please send me a message and do expect to pay a little extra to get next day air delivery.

Material

Most of our ethnic jewelry is made with Brass and Copper mix, it is electroplated with a gold or silver color plating.   Most of our non-ethnic jewelry is either Rodium plated or is made out of silver.  Most of the items have the materials identified.   If you are allergic to Brass/Copper/Tin based jewelry, we strongly urge you, for your safety, not to buy the ethnic jewelry.   The Rodium plated jewelry is safer but we suggest you check/consult with your physician.

Refunds (if you are not satisfied)

If you are unhappy with your order, we will provide you with a full refund (including the original shipping costs).  Please note, however, that we will not refund the return shipping costs. To be eligible do return the items right away (ok! That really means within 7 days of getting the item).   If you are planning to return any or all portions of your order, please send us an email with the request to return and please insure the parcel when you mail it back.  

 Register (why is it required?)

We request you to register for one main reason, to offer you a great user experience.  As a registered user, you are are eligible for offers that others (non-registered) are not.   Registered folks can write reviews, can send a link to the item to a friend, can store their shopping cart and come back later to find it just as they left it.  So, there are a lot of advantages to registering.   

Purchase (without registering?)

You can now purchase/checkout without registering.  We recommend registering but if you are worried, we understand.  We will work with you to find alternate forms of payment.  Please call us at the number on the left and I am sure we can work something out.
